Every TaleToons book is made to order, so preparation is required before shipping.
Preparation and shipping usually take 14–20 business days from order confirmation, full payment, and receipt of all required details.
Delays may occur during busy periods, holidays, or because of circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Shipping methods and charges are shown before order confirmation.
Personalized products cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins. Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
