1. Nature of the service
TaleToons provides personalized children's books created with artificial-intelligence technology using customer-supplied details. Illustrations cannot be guaranteed to match the child's appearance exactly.
2. Privacy and data
Child data is used only to prepare the story and book and is not shared with third parties. Data and images associated with the order are deleted after printing and delivery.
3. Delivery
Orders are prepared and printed within 14–20 business days of payment confirmation. TaleToons is not responsible for delays caused by delivery partners or circumstances beyond its control.
4. Payment
Prices are shown in local currency and include VAT where applicable. Full payment is required before book preparation begins.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Because TaleToons books are custom-made for your child, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, subject to applicable law.
6. Data deletion
Customers may request deletion of their own or their child's data at any time. Requests will be completed within seven business days.
7–10. Rights, liability, updates and contact
All text, designs, and trademarks belong to TaleToons. Minor differences in color, illustration, or print may occur. TaleToons may update these terms. For questions or data-deletion requests, contact us through the Contact page.
